Update from the Negotiation Committee

This is what solidarity looks like.

Nearly 500 members of IBEW Local Union 20 showed up last night to hear NECA's latest settlement offer.

Their message was loud and clear:

We are not going to work for less.

We are not going to give up the security of our retirement for nothing.

We are the IBEW, and we stand together.

The offer was unanimously rejected.

We urge NECA to get back to the bargaining table to negotiate in good faith.
